Wraport for IT teams.

Everything your IT and security teams need to let Wraport work on your network. It runs in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer, with nothing to install.

Addresses to allow

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS and secure WebSockets on port 443). Add these to your web filter or firewall's allow list:

wraport.co.uk
www.wraport.co.uk
api.deepgram.com
fgemzacllurconpmzndt.supabase.co
*.stripe.com
  • wraport.co.uk, www.wraport.co.ukThe Wraport app and website.
  • api.deepgram.comLive transcription. While a call runs, the browser keeps one secure WebSocket open to wss://api.deepgram.com/v1/listen carrying the call audio.
  • fgemzacllurconpmzndt.supabase.coSign-in: used when someone sets a password from an invitation or password-reset email.
  • *.stripe.comPayments: the invoice pages your finance team pays from, and card top-ups for individual accounts.

Wraport's emails (invitations, sign-in and password links, invoices) come from wraport.co.uk addresses and from Stripe, so please make sure your email filter doesn't hold them back.

If your network inspects encrypted traffic

Live transcription keeps a single WebSocket connection to api.deepgram.com open for the length of each call (up to 3 hours). Some inspecting proxies break or time out long-lived WebSockets. If agents often see “Reconnecting…” or the transcript stops, exempt api.deepgram.com from TLS inspection, or make sure your proxy lets WebSocket connections stay open.

wraport.co.uk is a new domain. If your filter blocks newly registered domains, please add an exception for it.

Chrome and Edge settings

Wraport needs two browser permissions, which most organisations allow by default:

  • Screen sharing with system audioThis is how Wraport hears the call through any calling app. The picture is discarded straight away: only the sound is used. If screen capture is turned off by policy, allow it for Wraport with the ScreenCaptureAllowedByOrigins policy, set to https://www.wraport.co.uk.
  • MicrophoneTo hear the agent's side of the call. If microphone access is restricted, add https://www.wraport.co.uk to the AudioCaptureAllowedUrls policy.

Chrome and Edge use the same policy names. No extension is needed. Agents can install Wraport as an app from the address bar to keep it in its own small window.

How call data moves

  • AudioStreamed, encrypted, straight from the agent's browser to Deepgram for transcription. It doesn't pass through Wraport's servers. Deepgram processes it in memory, keeps nothing once the transcript is returned, and doesn't use it to train its models.
  • Transcript and notesHeld only in the agent's browser while they're on the call screen. To write the notes, the transcript is sent from Wraport's server to Anthropic's Claude, which doesn't train on it. Wraport doesn't store the transcript or the notes: they're cleared when the next call starts.
  • What Wraport keepsEach person's login and company, and for each call its start and end times, length and price, for billing. Never anything that was said.

Wraport is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC280431).
